You are free to practice a sparring or a mitt hitting by yourself except for the coaching hours.
Punching-mitts, kick-mitts, skipping ropes and so on are available at the gym, however,
you need to prepare for gloves by yourselves.
The gym is basically open everyday, however, it may be closed, for example,
when professional players belonging to the gym participate in matches.
Except for sudden cases, the expected closed days of the month are informed
at the gym entrance in the beginning of each month so that you can check it.
The admission fee of \15,000 and the monthly tuition of \10,000 are necessary
to be paid on the first day of the admission to join the gym.
You also need to take out the sports insurance policy effective for one year (updates every April)
costing you \1,850 annually. You can get the insurance benefits on your application when you die,
are hospitalized or receive regular outpatient treatment for more than 3 months.
(You should check to the staff about the amount of the insurance benefits if necessary.)
The total amount of \31,850 is necessary to be paid on the first day, and the monthly tuition of \10,000
are also necessary to be paid to the staff in the beginning of every month after the admission.
The monthly tuition paid at the admission is for the month to join the gym.
You should inform to the staff by the beginning of the previous month when you wish to withdraw from the gym.
Facilities such as three sandbags, weight training space, lockers,
lavatory and shower room are available in the gym.
You can use these facilities freely.
No particular lockers are assigned to individuals. You can use any available space.
You should refer to the staff about the electric switch location,
the main tap of the gas and how to turn on the warm water.
No particular sweat suits are specified, however, you should avoid wearing ones with metal fittings.
You should take care that you do not get injured during trainings.
You should not overextend yourself when you are not in a good health or injured, and should take a good rest.
